Where did you get the ignition switch from?
Aftermarket ones tend to not work correctly. Make sure you have 9v at the pink wire from the switch.

Also, how long did it run for and how did I run?
Make sure everything is still plugged in.

I got the ignition switch from partzilla.com. I am getting between 9.5 & 8.5vlts but it doesnt go below 8.5volts or it doesnt go above 9.5vlts on the pink wire i guess that voltage is ok anything lower or higher i guess the diode is fried. When i first rebuilt the bike it ran for 15mins good so i stopped the bike & went for more gas when i came back & filled the gas tank & tried to start it but no fuel pump prime unless i put direct 12vlts to it.

Switch the coils around and see if the problem moves with them.

I switched them around & got spark on # 3 coil but only for a short time but still no spark on # 4 so i will check the power wires that are going to #3 & #4 coils & see if they have any breakage in the wires & repost with my findings
