03 f4i rocker cover / valve cover

I’m changing the gasket on my rocker cover / valve cover but does it need heat resistant gasket sealer too? Also anyone know what order and torque the 3 bolts go on at? I have also replaced the gaskets on the bolts.

Only need sealant on the half moon areas near the end, not on the rest. Torque is 10 N m or 7 lb ft.
