Unhappy Valve cover gasket story

Man i swear these mechanics out here dont know **** about hondas. Another thing this supposed mechanic messed up. I brought my bike to get a valve adjustment done, I get it back and its leaking oil. I bring it back to him and he claims its coming from the clutch cover. He keeps it another 2 days and supposedly repaired it. I go riding, a couple hours into it, its leaking again. Call him back, he gives me back my money but i still have a leaking bike. After a while i take it to another mechanic and another, they both agree its the clutch cover. One of them even added two more spots that its leaking from (the oil pan and the stator cover). I finally took a day out to make sure and after taking it to a dealer, we both agree it looks like the valve cover gasket. I later also find out that one of them were right about the stator cover. Now how did 3 mechanics not find this out? So i decided from now on i'm doing my own repairs on my bike. The way things are going i think i can do bad all by myself, dont u think? So my question is, how hard is it to change the valve cover gasket?

There is a product called grabit you can use to get it out. They also have similar products at the hardware store. You might have to take the cover off it broke off deep though

Download the service manual off this site. I used the manual and I replaced the fork seals, stator cover, fairings, fuel tank, fuel pump, levers and triples. I am not a mechanic,i just used the service manual. Bike mechanics will rip you off ,especially the dealer.
