Default 03 CBR600RR Fan switch temp?

Like the title says, i've got a 2003 CBR 600RR. Recently the fan relay went out (so I thought) so I replaced it with a new one. Only, it didn't fix the problem. I've let it go up to 220 degrees and the fan never switched on. I can't find the temp that it switches on in the service manual so I was wondering if anybody knows, or has any other ideas what to troubleshoot (already checked fuses). For now I just have a switch in there and the fan definitely works just fine, but if I sell it I want it to be perfect. Thanks,

I have an '06 but I'm not sure if they're the same. Mine goes on at 220 (or just barely above). This is the normal temp.
