in less than 3 months, i've managed to lose both keys to my bike. i've still got the code to get one cut, but the dealer didn't have a factory key blank, and did a crappy job cutting an aftermarket one, to where it feels labored when you turn it, only works one way, and won't turn backward to lock the steering head. obviously, this won't do. if someone knows where to get an ORIGINAL key for my bike, please fill me in. thanks!

 

Try another dealer. My aftermarket key was cut by a local locksmith and it works fine.

 

Thats what I did, I got my local dealer to order one from Honda, I took a day....then i went to my local lock smith and got it cut...works perfect as in turnin the key on and off...and lock.....now just have to take the key back to the dealer to get it programmed for the HISS...
