Im having some trouble with my 02 F4i. I put my fairing back on and now my head lights dont come on and my signal lights are on all the time. On my dash board, the two signal lights are on and so is my high beam light. Also, when my signal light flashes on the left side, my left headlight dimmly lights up. All fuses are fine and wiring seems to be ok. Any suggestions??

 

Sounds as if you have a short, or a bad ground.

Did you kink any of the wires?

I would pull all of the connectors back apart and make sure none of the pins popped out the back of the connectors. Its quite possible when you plugged in the connectors, one of the ground pins came loose and your now not getting a good ground thoughout the system.

Also, why did you have remove your fairings?

Did you change something? Is it possible you wired something incorrectly?
