01 cbr f4i now has idle issues
After I had coolant explosion, the bike developed this weird idle. I thought it was due to the coolant issue and would be gone once fixed. I put the bike back together last night after I had my radiator flushed, and my new water pump arrived. Started the bike back up everything was working great other then all the smoke from the oil the leaked onto the pipes. After around 6-10 minutes of idling the temp go to around 160-170 and then the bike started to do the idle issue.
Normally the bike would idle around 1500 RPM but now once it hits around 160-170 temperature the idle goes up to around 3000 RPM. You can also hear the engine reeving. I will have to get a video so you guys can hear it but its like a circular idle. Not really best way to describe it but you can hear the engine like reeving and going back to idle, reeving again and going back to idle again. I need to get a vid so you can hear it but anyone experience this before?

Coolant was just replaced and filled to the brim. Maybe I need to let it run longer and cycle through? Thx for the speedy reply, but if it is just a coolant issue, it would make sense as to why the idle problem started once I had the coolant explosion. But my radiator is topped off with Honda's 50/50 formula, so either I just need to let it run and cycle through, or maybe it could be something else since all fluids have been replaced. But again thanks for the fast reply appreciate

The Idle is jumping, was researching why its doing that and someone mentioned it could be a vacuum hose leak. But the issue is idle jumping the idle does not go below 1500 and cut out, but it goes from 1500-3000 and jumps back and forth constantly. So not sure if that is still coolant issue.
