Default 01 CBR 929rr jerks on quick acceleration

Title says it. Just started two days ago randomly. Put some sea foam in the gas tank and changed the oil today and it's still doing it. If I accelerate in 1st slowly it's fine but if I get on it it jerks 3 times. Only in first gear. Sometimes it'll do it once is 2nd but no other gear. Any ideas?

First, you would need to diagnose it as a misfire. Then figure out the cause of the misfire. Finally remedy the cause of the misfire.

Coils?
Plugs?
Valves?
Injector?
Compression?
wiring?
ECU?
Vacuum issue?

Could be a lot of things.

If you could post a vid of it running with sound, we could tell if it's misfiring... But there's a ton of things it could be with the limited information we have...

I'd agree with this as an initial diagnosis. But I'd confine my search to electrical, which removes compression and vacuum issues as culprits. If it doesn't turn up, then I'd look at those. How's your chain and sprockets?
