Default 01 929RR - Might have shorted out ... need help ...

Ok so I bought some flush lights for the front. I installed the right side (blue wiring) just fine. Taped it up and all. After I installed the other side (orange), in my excitement, I forgot to tape up the wires to avoid them shorting out. I went to test it and the blinkers stopped. I then noticed none of the lights, except the headlight worked.

The dash panel doesnt turn on either at all. Brake light doesnt turn on and none of the blinkers turn on. I dont even get the click*click*click from the blinker functioning.

Could this be a fuse problem from the blinker wires touching?

Any help is appreciated!

If the fuses did their job properly that should be all that's wrong. Good luck
