unable to access my original account
I have tried for over a month to get back on the site. My original handle is hotswap, i have tried the reset password so many times it is crazy. i never receive the email. i have a password manager program and have never had to change my password, so i do not know why it decided to lock me out. can you please reset it. this handle is using a secondary email address you can reach me at either one.

James .. I have the same issue as far as not receiving email from this system 
I personally have about 15 email addresses on 5 of my own domains and none accept email from here..
If I was you, I would shoot Admin (Stretcher) a PM to sort this for you mate ..
Even boring old Hotmail does accept email from here with no probs .. so maybe you might try them? I did
