I thought I’d give $10 to help support the site and now I have that annoying "Contributor" symbol to the left of all my posts. Is there any way to remove it? A little less intrusive symbol like a dollar sign might be better if placed in the right spot. Just a suggestion.

 

if you really dont want it, i can remove it, but we do that to recognize those who help keep the forum running, its easy for me to remove, its entirely up to you.

 

Maybe we can change it. Put a small sportbike or something like that inplace of the big yellow sign. If nothing else at least make the sign alittle smaller.

 

I'm not a contributor....didn't know anything about the ability to contribute until this post. I am totally down with supporting this forum. Someone pm me or email me and give me a clue on what the deal is. Thanks in advance.

the problem is that the contributor tag is a programming thing. it isnt like i upload a picture to your avatar when you contribute. there is just a little box that i check, and it comes up. it is like that on every site that i admin. if someone doent like it, i can take it down, but we like to recognize who contributes.
