How come my back button wont work? if I view a thread for a minute or so I cannot just hit back on my browser. I need to go back from all forums and scroll through everything again?

 

If it's always like that then I believe that's your computer -- might want to check your browser settings. With all the spyware and crap being secretly loaded into our settings it's amazing anything works at all.

Crap! I can't duplicate what you guys are talking about. Are you experiencing this snafu when opening from the main page with the separate forums? I usually just hit the 'today's posts' so I can see what's been going on since I left. Will try it other ways to see if I can get it to not work.

 

It doesn't matter which topic i'm in or get there from. Once i'm reading for more than a minute the back button in the browser stops working and i'll have to use the links instead.

 

O.K. I still haven't been able to duplicate the problem but I have noticed that after I click on a topic (maybe 30 - 45 secs) at the bottom right of the screen I'll notice progress bar do it's thing again -- kinda like when you reload a page. I'm still able to use the back button though.

So gimme some details: 98, ME, NT, XP. Anybody try it with opera? I'm running IE on XP and other than the progress bar flashing an extra time I got complete use of the back button. I'll e-mail Patrick with the details and see if he can figure it out.
