I'm out of town for a few days... so I'm slow to respond here.

The pic you uploaded, is it a gif/jpeg? Try selecting one of the standard ones. If that appears, then try uploaded yours again.

yeah is the right format....good idea on trying theirs and then bringing my own in....I guess you'll know if it works
