I don't think $2500 is offensive! He probably hasn't had one offer yet. If you offer him 2500 and he says f that! He might say I will take 3 for it. It's your money, I assume you work hard for it so why give it away easily? Are you worried about this total strangers feelings over a low offer?? I didn't think so. I've gotten better deals than that by lowballing. Of course, if you are there in person take cash with you.....green talks better than you!! good luck
but ima try to find a good deal on an RR first
