Default You use stompgrips?

Did you notice a big difference when you adhered your stomp grip traction pads? How so? Are they a must have?

Easier stopping (grip the tank and don't slide forward), more positive control on corners. Love 'em. Have a new pair for my 600 waiting to put on.

Question

You mean these ?

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/STOMP...Q5fAccessories

Yea , i was wondering about these. Sooooo, it attaches to the tank ? And how does that keep you from sliding on the seat into the tank ? I was looking at the stomp grips or the triboseat :

I was wondering which is better ? Seams like if i have ta stick something to my tank that i would not be re usable like the triboseat.
I dunno.

i personnaly like them have on my f4i, they dont work as well with jeans, but with my leathers i can lock my knee and thigh in the tank. i would say a must have cause it also allows you to grip the tank more which allows you to relieve pressure on the bars/grips just makes for an all around better feel/ride. just my 2 cents

Ah this could save me from smacking my nuts against the tank whenever I stop quickly

skateboarding griptape will tear the hell out of your leathers very quickly, and if your the type to wear jeans, I doubt it would last one good ride.

I have stompgrips on my track plastics, and I do think they make alot of difference on the track. I dont have them on my street plastics, I dont usually ride hard enough to benefit from them. plus, I personally think they are very ugly, so thats another reason i dont have them on my street plastic.
