I am wanting to buy a aftermarket exhaust. I havn't decided if I want a slip-on or full system, it will all boil down to the price. Let me know if you have one for sale. Pics would be nice too. Oh yeah I have a 2001 F4i.

 

don't get a full system unless you're gonna go tracks and really use the full power of it. Besides... full systems don't add enough power for $1000+. I say a power commander gives more power than a full system... but both together can work wonders. I got a yosh rs-3 carbon slip-on. looks nice to me... especially brand new when it still shines.

 

Look at the Micron oval, it comes in a bunch of colors.

 

I would say go for yosh for performance and micron just to match ur bike. I have heard mixed reviews about micron and nothing but greatness about the yosh.

 

I went the cheap way out and got a Muzzy but I think it sounds great and I could feel a little bit of increase in hp

 

One of the cheapest ones to buy is the Jardine RT-One stainless slip-on......they used (maybe they still do?) supply the exhaust for Honda race bikes....so they should know what they're doing. Do a search on ebay or on google though....they can be picked up for like $200-230 or something brand new.

Micron.....they look nice, but they don't sound that great....I had one & wasn't too impressed with it.

Yoshimura RS-3 is what I'm running now.....sounds awesome.

If I had to buy another pipe though.....I'd go with a Two Brothers....kinda pricier, but they sound soooooo sweet!!!!
