true, but im up in Canada near Ottawa, ill prob be able to ride for another few weeks tops, then she will go to sleep
i wish i could ride all year long
Last winter we almost broke an all time record for snow fall
unfortunatly i will be done riding here in a few weeks too....this morning it was 30 degree F, (i live in Maine) but im still riding as much as possible.....put on about 200 miles over the past week....
I got 'Gas Stationed'. Going to fix that over the winter and install frame sliders. Anyone know where i can buy sparkley silver vinal to cover this up? Only need a small piece...

Finally going to go with the flushmounts eh? Took me a while to make that decision as well.
Sorry about the crack in the seat. At least the seat has the crack, and not the rider.

Not doing anything major to mine, as I'l be riding it all winter long
Gotta do a few small things though..... replace my headlight (foggy lens), replace my seat (has a small crack), finally get rid of the donkey ears for some flushmounts, and a Puig smoke windscreen

3. strip the bike down do a good cleaning of the engine with some brake fluid cleaner
4. of course drain all liquid's back flush the radiator
5. rebuild front forks
6. prolly buy some odd and end things to go on her!

I just got my F4i and it has 16,000 miles and hasn't been maintenanced. So, I plan on following the service manual. Its look like I be doing everything. Should bealot of fun, except the valve clearance.
Has anyone done all the things listed to do at 16,000 miles in the service manual before?

Besides hopefully riding this winter, and doing a few weekend trips, I am planning on installing:
New brake pads (hoping I dont need a rear rotor too....)
New front tire
other than that, nothing, i just did my 12000 miles maintenance with the help of brveagle...

seems to me that you may be able to head over the walmart and get some of that auto touch up paint and maybe fill that in....and maybe to a little clear coat over that area then....just an idea
twincitydecal.com sells vinyl stickers in solid colors though.....
