I know what you are after, but even with precurved tape, I don't think it would be any easier to install. Unless the stuff was stiff and didn't flex, I don't see how it would be easier without having the same problems as the straight tape.
But to answer your question, I did see some precurved tape on Ebay once. It came in two half moon pieces that you have to install.

+1 for E-bay. Did all my bikes, came in quarters on a huge sheet. Had about 20 strips, all pre curved, enough for 2 complete wheels (both sides!) and spares left over for mistakes... £7 per bike ($13?).
