Default where can I get a cct?

My f4i needs a new cam chain tensioner. I was going to get an APE, then I saw someone on ebay selling them for $50 shipped (not ape). Now there are no cam chain tensioners available on ebay. I emailed the seller and he said he would have more in stock on monday (yesterday). I would rather just buy one now so I don't have to worry about my engine exploding. Where can I buy a cam chain tensioner from? (I checked motosport)

I got mine from bluestreakracing.com, they are in Canada but ship everywhere. It will come with the gasket. It may not be listed on the site, but they will get one for you if you shoot them an email. Or doesn't Ape have a online store?

Ebay still has several listed for less than $50.

You can try local moto stores but I doubt they are going to have them.

You engine will not explode, just makes a buzzing noise.

oh I thought if the cam chain tensioner was old it would allow slack in the chain and there would be a chance of a valve hitting into the piston...I'm sure that's an extreme case though?

I bought mine at Honda Motorcycle Parts: ATV Accessories, Dirt Sport Bike Scooter Cruiser Touring OEM Parts Off Road Motorcycles ATVs Starter Motors Honda Parts Direct

It just came in earlier this week.

Found this site after I made the purchase and it seems that they use basically the same layout but pricing is a few dollars cheaper. Maybe shipping is different...
