hey guys.. i was thinking of getting rid of my bike. i need the money for other stuff. was just curious what you guys think its worth...
2004 cbr f4i red and black
all stock but flush mounts. and cut undertail...
the left side ahas a crak in the top (little one) and rash on the top side of it. was dropped in driveway. driveway is a slope so it slid down it. kid couldnt hold it up, it didnt slam down kinda a gentle fall but slid...
just a hair over 5k on it... tell me what you guys think... pics are before flush mounts also!

 

theres also a couple little scratches on the tail.. (tiny tho)
i also have a brand new sator cover and gasket to throw in with the bike...

 

Its only worth what someone is will to pay for it. I would give 4500 since its got so few miles on it. But I hate that single bannana seat so I wouldnt get it. I would hold out for a split seat bike. I paid 3500 for my 02 three years ago with 3800 miles on it.

 

I just paid 5000 for my 2005 F4i with 2500 miles on it and it came with a warranty until 2010. Probably would have cost a bit more if I waited until spring buy it. Owner was buying a house and had to get it out of his parents garage.

I'm happy with that deal

yea i like the split seat look better, but the banana seat sure is comfy!
maybe it might be smarter to sell it in the sring. maybe replace the fairing and cover... well see tho. its i just owe people so much money...

 

If you want to sell it fast i would just put a split seat on it you'll get your money back for it if you change the seat

 

Maybe, maybe not....I didn't want the split seat when I was shopping for a F4i.... If someone wants to buy a 2004+ F4i they know they will be getting the banana seat

If you can, wait until the spring....That is when you should get more money for it

yea ill prob. wait till spring, unless someone makes me a healthy offer... will a 03- seat fit? if I can find a hole rear section for a decent price ill do it...
