Today I was riding my bike, and the engine cut off a few times in the middle of me going around 35 mph...I was able to start the engine again, and my bike responded without any problems every time....Then my bike cut all the way off while I was riding it, as if the key wasn't in the igniton at all....I think its the battery, but I don't know for sure...I'm a newbie when it comes to this motorcycle thing....What do yall say could be the problem...

 

First I'd check the battery connection, if their loose, they'll play tricks on ya. Otherwise maybe the kickstand switch is acting up??

battery connection (not the battery itself, since the alternator is on when you're riding), kickstand sensor, engine run switch, tip sensor

 

I would go with the tip sensor. my buddy was having problems like that. and it was his tip sensor.
