Default what is "high exit" exhaust?

Hi, I just got 01' F4i and looking at new slip-on at pipecity.com and wondering what is the "high exit" exhaust for Scorpion?

I understand high mount or standard mount but I do not get the "high exit".

Also, is Scorpion slip-on good? and is it loud like D&D or quite like OEM?

thanks,

I don't know what high exit means, but I would seriously consider the Two Brothers exhaust. It sounds AWESOME on the F4i. I know because I have one on mine. Literally sounds like a V8 low bubbling sound.

high mount. . . .only scorpions rendition of a high mount isn't mounted as high as some other companies. i have a cf version of it and i think its pretty cool. its one of the quieter exhausts around but still sounds good

I have a standard mount Scorpion Titanium and it screams once it gets past 7k or so. While cruising around normally, it's fairly quiet but has a nice deep sound.

Isnt Scorpion known as Akrapovic now. Im pretty sure the Akrapovic still has the Scorpion symbol on it cause mine does.

Anyways, I think its sweet. I have a full race Akrapavic exhaust and it added quite a bit of acceleration to my mid and top end performance.

Also its not real loud in cruising but deep in tone and when you get on it it screams.
A D&D will dround out the sound of the Akrapovic exhaust though, believe me, My buddy has a D&D on his R1 and if hes next to me I can barely hear my exhaust but he runs low gears in cruising speeds and high RPMs

thanks for info. guys.

Today, I went to get a pair of turn signal at local motorcycle parts store and they were selling Scoropin. The saleman told me it is on sale for $220 and it is GP flame titanium high exit. I quickly went home, check price at Pipecity.com, found out its retail is over $600, run back to the store and got the exhaust. Damn, I am so happy with the sound and look and it only cost me 1/3 of the retail price.

I will post some pic. later.

There was one more Scorpion exhuast for same price. It was carbon fiber with standard mount/exit. If you want me to, I can go pick it up and send it. I do not know the cost of shipping but I think it will be little bit cheaper than buying from Part411.com or Pipecity.com. The shop I bought the exhaust from was call IronPony. You can check their web site but I don't think they have the Scorpion deal on the web.
