went down
well its been a while since ive been on here. Ive been recovering from my crash. I have no memory of the crash what so ever. I remember riding next to my buddy and thinking that theres a s-curve coming up so i backed off so not to go into the curve side by side. Then theres a flash and Im looking up at some lady telling me not to move and then I was out again and woke up at the hospital! At last glance of my speedo it said 120. The weird thing is that I made it through the curve and didnt crash until 200 meeters up the road. My buddy said he saw something in the road that he barely missed hitting and thinks it was roadkill. A severely bruised hip, a few bruised ribs, both knees torn up pretty bad (having surgery on my left on Jan 30th), bruised elbow, left wrist and top of hand had severe road rash (as well as a lot of my body) and a severe concusion! Thats about it. Amazingly NOTHING BROKEN. Now Im in the process of rebuilding the bike. The swingarm, frame, engine and forks made it out without a scratch somehow. I have no clue where the subframe went. I wne tback to the site and couldnt find the rest of it! I will keep you guys posted with pictures of the restoration

RE: went down
WOW!! Glad you are alright..
If your subframe is missing and removed violently by hte crash, you can bet your frame is not as untouched as you believe. It has got to be bent too some degree. If you put all new nice shiny bodywork on it; you may run into trouble with it trying to line up. If you can get it to line up it may develop stress cracks later on...
Good Luck on the rebuilt but if it were me; I would be taking it to a place to ensure that the frame is indeed straight
