Default vibration @ 9-10k rpms?

its an 02 track bike w/ woodcraft clip-ons (hollow) so I can really feel a strong vibration between 9-10k rpms its not the CCT(L) anybody have an idea why its vibrating like that at that particular range? its definitely an engine vibration not a rattle

Is this something you just noticed or something that has been going on for awhile?

I know if I hold at a high RPM like 10K I get some wicked harmonics even with the stock clip-ons.

i had a 2001 f4i for my first bike i now have a 06 1k that is having helatious vibrations thats how i found this question. the f4i's had a recall on the timing chain tensioners and that is probably what it is mine just did it at a lower rpm than yours but it is worth checking out. also if it is making a nois at that rpm that is deff wat it is

Are you running Synthetic or Convetional oil?? I switched my F4i to Synthetic two years ago and riding through that summer I got some Hellacious vibrations and thought my motor was going to $hit, but I talked to a tech at Canyon Honda and he told me to switch back to a conventional and I was AMAZED when I did!! All noises and most of the vibrations were gone, also my clutch seemed to grab better and my bike ran cooler with conventional oil.
