Hey all,

My valve stems got destroyed when I was stripping the paint from my tires and I'm looking to replace them.

I've heard good things about metal stems. Does anyone have them, or know what size I would need? Otherwise I'll just order some OEM stems.

stop by your local tire shop and ask one of the guys inside the shop if they have the short valve stems. just make sure it's the 1/2 sized short one or you will have trouble checking and airing up the tire.. i have a lot of experience with the metal valve stems and i prefer the rubber stock ones.. you can get chrome sleeves and caps for them that will help protect them a little more..the metal ones have rubber too but alot less so it can and most of the time it will fail faster..
