Hello, new to the forum. I am currently rebuilding a 2001 cbr f4i transmission. I currently cannot figure out the correct way to face M2 gear. The drawing seems to show the beveld side of the gear facing the rest of the gears. But when installed this way, the gear has a ton of play. Facing it the other way, it is very tight.

Any help and advice is appreciated. Thank you!
