Default RE: Tip over sensor

I just did the PAIR valve removal thing. It worked fine. I used some vacuum plugs on the outside of my airbox instead of valve caps inside, this way it can go back to stock really eazy if I need to. I want to say I feel a tiny increase in power from 3000 to 6000 rpm, or it could be wishful thinking. Anyway, saved a little weight?

does the air mod really produce more hp? afterwards, does the exhaust reek of un-burned gas?

I understand that colder air means more air molecules, but the trade off is that moisture is more condensed as well. That's why the intake air is warmed up: it allows for better ignition and cleaner burning.

Question on this mod....What do you do with the wiring to the valve itself?? Do you just unplug it or what??

Yea, just unplug it. It doesnt throw a code. It just does nothing now. Basically sends a signal to a sensor to open, but its not there.
