I'm fairly certain that line should go to your MAP sensor...a small thing coming off the left (clutch side) of your airbox near the middle. It's just low enough that it's hard to see without taking the fairing off.

Try starting the bike and checking what error code your bike is giving off. Make it idle with the kickstand down for a few seconds and the FI light should blink a code. Look that up in the manual or tell us what the code is.

Everything seems to be running fine except the gas in the oil... But the FI light blinks 9 times what does anyone know what that means?

Could be:

Loose or poor contact on IAT sensor
Open or short circuit on IAT sensor wire
Faulty IAT sensor

The Internal Air Temperature sensor is the plug you may have disconnected on top of the airbox. Check you put it back together/didnt damage it.
