So yes your speedometer will read you are going faster then you actually are, but also your odometer will read higher as well so you will be adding 13% more mileage on your bike as well.

Speedohealer and SpeedoDRD are the 2 main correction devices that will correct that.

My buddy had an F4i and did the same conversion. That bike was so much fun to ride. It loved to do wheelies. I was sad when he got rid of it. I did the -1/+2 on my 900RR and it felt good. When I replace chain and sprockets on my 954...I will do the -1/+2 with that as well and go with a 520 conversion and aluminum sprockets. I know the rear sprocket will wear out quicker than normal but I don't care right now. I want to feel the max difference I can with this change. When the aluminum wears out I will go back to steel and see if I can even feel a difference.

yae dude it loves to pop up, it was easy to walk before but even easier now lol

how do those speedohealers work? and would it be worth the money to spend on it or how much would a shop charge (roundabout) to do that?

What's the stock gearing on these? Its suppose to be 16/46 right? Every f4i I've seen has had 15/46 on it.

16/46 is stock and in my opinion the gold looks good...i was kind of weary about it because i wanted the black but now that its on i say it looks very nice...ill snap a picture when i get a spare second and throw it on here

A shop will charge you how ever much a speedohealer costs plus install charges.
