thinking about selling the bike whats it worth?
im thinking about selling my bike. ill get some pictures in a few days i dont have any recent pictures but it hasnt changed much hear are some older pics http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2297498/2 . the bike was involved in a accident but i replaced every thing with new parts but the front fairing which was repainted.
it has a m4 exhuast and a scorpio i-500 alarm with perimiter sensor and remote dissabler but the dissabler is not installed yet and a brand new chain and sprokets and manual cctl and has offsets on the rearsets. the bike has 12,500 miles and is an 01.
im might be selling the bike cuase im trying to buy a house and i would like to have some spare cash laying around incase i need it.
so what do you guys think the bike is worth

cool, since you live in ny then i may speak with some experience. in my area someone listed 04' f4i for 7 grand too but the seller never gets that, ever!
I say list it for 4500 and hope to get 4 grand even. you do have damage and the milage is a bit high (not for 01') so prepare yourself for 38 hundred dollar offers. still, if you sell it for 4g that would be fair for both parties. the worse thing you can do is expect to get something in the "book value" range.
by high milage i mean that you are coming up on a tune-up mile. people will bitch to you about the clutch, air filter, brakes, spark plugs +etc. when people buy a bike with that kind of milage they expect a lot of things to be done before they even see it.
