Default TANKBAGS: Magnetic vs Strap??

For the F4i, which tankbag would be better? A magnetic bag or a strap bag? I don't like using a bakcpack because when I sit up straight it feels lkike a parachute.

i use an icon magnetic tank bag too. just make sure there aren't any staples stuck to the magnet when you put it on.

Magnet. Just make sure you don't pick up anything metal that'll scratch your tank.

Teknic magnetic bag for me... works great! Just gotta be careful with the magnets that they stay clean and when you pull it off you pull each magnet straight off, not pulling the bag up and dragging them along the tank, otherwise it can stratch the tank

As the other guys indicated if you don't keep the underside of the bag clean you will end up scratching your tank.

Even trying to keep it clean there willbe mini-scratches and over time they will start to build up and show.

You might consider getting some sort of tank protector. I picked up one from tankslapper and so far it is working fine. Still too early to give a long term report though.

Had a magnetic bag (from Dennis Kirk) 10 years ago -- don't remember the brand. Marked up the clearcoat in NO time.[sm=boosign.gif]

The cargo net I had scratched the painttoo.Went back to using a backpack. [sm=smiley5.gif]
