weather? what are they doing it outside? What kind of paint place cares about the weather, powder-coat is in an oven closed, and paint shops usually have a weather controlled room with exhaust vents fans and a specified temperature. I think it is more likely they are just brushing you off man...

ok got my exhaust back a couple days ago got it all back together last night. but now i have a small exhaust leak i think is coming from one of the crush rings for the header. you can only hear it when you are riding and it's not that loud, but i think i will replace them all since i have to take everything back off..pic's coming soon..

i took some quick pix of my bike the way it is. i still have to take everything back off and replace the header gaskets.. and i plan on redoing the undertail.. sorry if they are kinda blurry i will get better ones later on.
i had a guy at work put the black vinyl strip on so the tail wouldn't look bulky. not real sure if i am going to leave it on or not. what do you guy's think?

I kinda like the black stripe but it would look good either way. You can barely see the exhaust man. Looking real good. You've done a great job so far. Keep up the good work.

man the bike looks good!! did you just paint the mesh in your vents? or did you have them powder coated? idk if plain paint would hold up??

it was already done when i got the bike. I think its paint but it could be poader coat. Not real sure. Still unsure about doing a vent on top of the tail with the mesh and leds. Just a thought i had.
