Hi guys, I still dont have any light on my license plate and want to wire some LEDs, does anyone know the easiest place to wire them into the taillight/running lights? Thanks!

It'd be easier to wire your own positive and negative wires from the battery.

Im not sure of your situation but why not wire from the original plate light that was on your fender?

my license plate goes right on the keyhole for the trunk. i had to drill a hole through for the keyhole. i was wondering how i can place a small light across the bottom of the taillight. Thanks.

Just drill a hole and stick an LED through it. It'll illuminate the plate at night. Mine is mega bright with just one LED.

You can see in this pic where the LED is making a white circular beam on my tire. The plate mounts in the path of that beam and it's lit (no pics with plate on).

Ya sorry should have mentioned I have a HotBodies undertail. pics in my album.

Aken, if I did that wouldnt it be on all the time? I really dont want to have to wire a switch.

The ones where the bolt head is the LED? thats what I was thinking too but my question is how to wire it.
