+1 Its what you think that matters.
I personally like to take mine to the coast or the mountains to do some carving, but if you like going in a straight line. Go for it.
I think you need to accomadate that conversion with multiple other conversions to really get the look you probably want.

Trav...most here willpost negativelyagainst extending your swinger, as it will compromise your ability to corner. What is your main focus? Do you want to drag, or are you looking for bling? I wish I could help you with regard to the quality of the extensions, but I just don't know. Keep us posted.

RE: swingarm extentions
I guess the question is what are you trying to get out of it. As far as I know swingarm extensions are to extend the wheel base so you can drag race. Or just for looks. I personally like the look when someone stretches, lowers and puts a huge rear tire on. But it takes away from the use of the bike. Looks great, but unless you have another bike to ride when you go to the track or out with your friends on some carving trips, this will probably not be the best of changes you can do to your bike.

well...to be honest I would do it soley for looks if i did end up doing it........thanks for the advice all......I really do need my bike to be very funtional as a it is my main mode of transportation, as well as something that I like to take long trips on, so the bike will remain how it is for now......
