hey guys new here... just got a 04 cbr f4i. love it! the guy i bought it off is about 250+ pounds. Im only 170 pounds. how do i adjust the suspension... i know there are adjustments on the forks but dont know what it what. the top peices are all the way in/tight. when i hit bumps i can really feel them hard. at takes the bike a little bit. so i need to soften up the bike... some one help please? explain it to me easy. I dont know what is what on the bike so be descriptive! ;-)

If you want to just restore it to stock then follow the instructions in the service manual which can be found at
www.stephygee.com
I think stock is meant for like 150-160
at some point it's advisable to get it set to your preference/build according to those online articles...

whte99gt... i need to get another late model mustang... i have a 04 wrx now... but still got the 73 mach1... i would like to get a nother 4.6 mustang tho... maybe 4v this time!!!
