Default Suspension

Im a bigger guy, aorund 250, and wanted to change the clicker settings on the forks and shock. Also the preload setting. I dont want new springs or to revavle because honestly I dont care enough to pay for new springs and take the time to do it. Any insight on clicker and preload settings for bigger guys? also how do you change the preload setting on the shock? and the fork as well. on the fork in guessing its just a turn with a wrench but i wanted to make sure and screw anything up. Thanks guys and gals

on the rear you can make the shock stiffer by turning out the screw, it should have a s and h turn the screw to the h for a stiffer ride

samras121, look at the top of the page. In the dark blue stripe under the CBRforum banner is a "search" button. Click on that button, then type "suspension adjustment" in the box. You'll find enough info there to keep you reading for hours.
After you find what your looking for you should download the service manual for your bike too. Lots of good info there to help keep your bike maintained.
