Default Subtle Exhausts

Anyone have suggestions on exhausts that are a little better sounding than stock but don't have to be the loudest. I would like a better tone, and it's ok if it's a little louder, but I don't feel like I need or want the loudest thing out there. I leave for work about 6:30am and don't need to wake up the whole neighborhood and personally don't really need it that loud myself either. So are there any suggestions? I have listened to a bunch of stuff on youtube, but it's kinda hard to tell the difference when it's all recorded with different cameras, different distances from different bikes which may or may not have other different mods. Any input would be appreciated, thanks.

my hmf pipe is like that. Fairly quiet when your idling around, but if you lay into it it screams pretty good. Nice deep throaty sound to it as well.

I've got a Jardine RT-1 that everyone has said sounds great. It's nice and quite when just cruising around but when you open it up it sounds mean. The Jardine also has a deeper tone to it.

+1 on the jardine rt1. it sounds pretty sick but its really not that loud at all. I cut mine down into a shorty and it sounds even better still without being that loud. You should be pretty happy with one of those.

I have a D&D on my bike. Its not the quietest bike in town, I'd actually say its the loudest lol. But I love the sound of it. It definitely screams. I love it haha

I think some of the Yoshi's come with a baffle you can insert in the end when you want not as loud and you can remove it when you want it to scream

I agree with yoshimura with baffle in it( without its VERY loud. But now i have an akrapovic and that sounds like you say. Very nice but not too loud. Its pretty silent at low rpms but it starts to scream above 9 rpms. Fits me perfectly

Yeah Yoshi's do have a baffle that comes with them. Really cuts down on the low RPM volume.

I like my Two Brothers pipe...though being it can be heard at like a mile, it's probably louder than you would like.

You could drill a few holes through the baffle(s) of the stock pipe to make it louder.
