Are Stainless Steel brake lines worth buying
#11
Other than Aken's reply it's pretty obvious nobody read this guys post. For your riding you DO NOT need stainless steel brake lines. Stainless steel brake lines are meant more for traking riding where you are repeatedly getting on your brakes hard over and over and the lines can expand. Not for long highway commuting where you gently apply the brakes from time to time.
Don't waste your money.

Hey everyone,
Thanks for the replies.
I know everyone probably read the topic title and immediately thought stainless steel brake lines are worth it based on the performance improvement, but for my riding, I will follow Aken, Vangill and JeremyGSU's advice because it seems that stainless steel upgrades won't do me any good based on what my riding habits are.
I will in the future probably do some track riding, but that won't be nowhere in the near future and probably not even with this bike.
I am merely a fun sport bike rider, a commuter and an every now and then speed pusher, but otherwise, I usually ride just as the first post describes.
Thanks again everyone for your input and suggestions, but I think that stainless steel brake line upgrades won't benefit me much based on how I ride.
Thanks again!!!
