sqeaks and bleeps
ok, i was tightening the chain slack yesterday , the adjusting plate landed btwn the second a nd third little notch, will that harm if left there?seemed to be the best place for the drive cheain slack level to be kept there, thas only reaSON for the ad plate being there. now i today has sqeak coming form that area, sonds like metal sqeaking meatle, do i need to grease or readjust?> did i not tighten axle nut enuf?im gonna try again, what could this be, also, if i run the 110 octanne stuff before, but cut it out bc i learned it has lead in it, has had a lil tick thats not a big rattle, but somewhat noticeable rat[X(] sounds like coming from up front, sounds like that when i hit the trottle.did this happen bc the leaded fueal? will this sound subside?or am i in eternal peril bc i ran that stuff half/half tanks every third tank for a few months? i keep tryin to get pics of my buike up here, but pic too large, then when i resize, format isnt supported[:@] when my patience returns i will try again. cheers
maybe you need to lube your chain, no grease, chain lube. maybe too tight, forget what the exact measurment of play theres supposed to be but i want to say 3/4".
theres no reason to run 90+ octane fuels, just a huge waste of money. i dont know the effects of lead on an engine, but i doubt it would cause a rattle.
your saving the picture in the wrong format after you resize, save it as a .jpg or .jpeg file.
