Spuddering issue
I have a 01 600 f4i. At and idle or speed runs great. As soon as it gets up to normal operating temp it starts spuddering out on me when I get to any cruising speed. Doesn't matter if it's 25 mph or 90 mph. But when I slow down and start accelerating again it's fine Untill I stay at a steady speed. Can anyone please help out as to what this may be. Thank you.
Could be anything....
You will need to elaborate a bit more on the sputtering to help put a finger on it.
Remember, we are not with the bike and can only go off the information you supply.

Here's what happened was riding down the freeway for about an hour at 70mph pulled over at a rest stop for about a half hour and everything was running great..... Went back on ramp and was accelerating and noticed something different...throttled back and held speed and engine started what I can only describe as acting liking I was reving the bike or bucking.... Immediately hit the throttle and took off to maybe blow out whatever it might be and it took off fine as soon as I throttle back bucking starts again..... Pulled of freeway and started looking for anything it might be and found nothing physically wrong ... Started bike up and rode fine for about 3 or 4 miles but bucking started again
Does it feel like it's losing a cylinder and misfiring or that the whole engine is bogging down?
Check the common failure items first. See if the fuel pressure regulator is leaking into it's vacuum line and make sure the charging system is not failing intermittently.
