In Nebraska its in the gray area, most cops say if it helps someone from rearending you they are for it. How they blink when I apply the brakes is what is the biggest advantage to them.

jlowellb, I checked your vid out. You looking good, once you get it up, give the throttle just a bit more gas and you will be able to bring your tire up just a bit higher and you will hit your balance point.
