Default Sparkplug question

Ok, so i just got a set of NGK sparkplugs to put in (yes, they're the correct ones). The thing is that they came without the little round nuts up top (the side that would be toward the coil pack). It's just threads. Now i've never changed plugs in anything that had a coil-on-plug setup, so i was wondering if the nuts aren't used or did they just not come with the nuts for some reason and i should take them back and get another set that has them. I checked the FSM but it didn't tell me what i need to know. Any ideas? For you guys who have replaced them yourselves, how does the coil attach and could i reuse the old nuts or get new ones or not worry about it cause i don't need them?

Thanks!

Mine the coils just push right in and kinda snap in place... no nuts or anything. I know the '01's had different plugs than the '02-06 F4i's, but not sure if the coils were different or not too
