Default Spark Plug always fouling

Hi Guys,

I'm hoping someone here would be able to help me out.
My 2002 F4i sounds like a helicopter again for the 4th time now. I notice that after having a long ride (100+ km), this happens.
The good thing is, after changing the spark plugs, it goes back to it's smooth riding again. But I have changed the plugs so many times that it has become costly already. I have cleaned the injectors and done the throttle valve sync but the plugs keep on fouling up.

Do you have any idea how I can solve this permanently? Thanks in advance..

The plugs are burnt dark brown but not all 4 are equally discolored. 1 and 3 are more dark. It seems fuel is the more likely culprit but i dont know where it's coming from or how it does.
Sorry I dont have a pic yet, I might open it up on the weekend though..

it most likely looks like the illustration on Z-3 or the Carbon Fouling.. I sometimes encounter problem on cranking the engine. I figured it's a low battery charge but one moment its ok, the next its dead, then ok, then dead.
I rode the bike yesterday for around 60kms and i was able to rev it upto 8k RPM. I was thinking I could scare the carbon deposits away. I hope this was not a stupid thing i did... The bike had power but not comparable as before. today it's running, and still doesnt sound like a bike.

fuel pressure regulator. You can get one for $60 and have it changed out in 45 minutes tops. If you have a power commander it could have a map on it thats making your bike run really rich.

I am 99% positive its the fpr. When you go to start your bike does it start to crank and just click? Then it wont turn over at all? Mine did that until I changed the fpr and I havent had an issue since.

it cranks and starts up. problem is, not all the plugs are firing and for those that do are only 35% efficient. the misfire makes the bike sound like a helicopter!

how do i check the FPR if its working well or not? does it include the fuel pump, coz i have replaced that before.
