I thought about buying these too, my roommate who races CMRA stepped in and told me the quickest way he knows to get to the hospital is on Shinkos. My guess is if you're an aggressive rider i'd steer clear, otherwise they'd be fine.

 

I'd rather take a high side cuz I suck than low side cuz I wanted to save $20 on tires... just sayin...

 

Like I said, Shinkos aren't track tires. Taking them to the track would be like taking these on your daily commute



But if all you're doing is commuting to work, tooling around town and riding conservatively I don't see anything wrong with Shinkos. I could get the rear to break loose if i wanted to when I had them on my F3. But I had to want to.
