What is the best way to sell your bike? Perhaps the best place to advertise etc. I am just curious. I have it on craigslist, but get few interests which is suprising considering it is a very nice bike and July. I am in Rochester, NY if that matters.

Just wondering what you guys tend to do to sell your bikes.

When I sold my bike I put it up on Craigslist with pictures and it sold within a couple weeks. You could try using the classified section of the forums as well.

 

I have sold several bikes and cars on craigslist... just make sure you put some images up with your ad.

 

dont know how big craigs is in seattle, but for anyone that lives in CA (northern CA to be more specific), craigs is a given...ive bought and sold way too many things on craigs...craigs is actually the devil because it tempts me with so many toys i shouldnt be buying, lol...other than that, try ebay...ive considered many local bikes on ebay before...

 

check out cycle trader the mag is pretty cheap and thats where I always look personally.

You could put it on ebay, but you will usually get a better response from craigs
