Default seat cowl

well finally after months and months of waiting it finally starts. since things have calmed down with my divorce and all is well i finally got around to doing this and wanted to show pics that im not bsing with it. im making a cast for the orginal mold so i dont have to keep going back and forth with it. it will be done tomorrow and then the molding with commence and should be done by the end of the week, i will take pics and keep u guys up to date on my progress. wish me luk

well weather sucked *** today, damn clouds and cold dont help the glass dry quik. i put 2 coats more on to sturdy it up and trimmed it. tomorrow ima start shaping the foam on it, heres some updated pics. enjoy

Nice job man!! That looks good. Keep it up and be patient with the glass and shaping it will take a long time and about 3 dead arms from sanding. LOL I am sure you know that but keep it up man. Cant wait to see the finished product.

lol o no air compressor with the spinner on it, hell no no hand sanding here takes to long and ya arm gets tired. i learned that when i was making my fiberglass box's for my car

Any progress?
I was thinking about getting a used rear seat and using the base as a form for a cowl.

ya some work has been done but its piesting me off i bout wrong glue for the foam so later 2nite going out to get some better stuff to get my damn foam to stick together
