Sat in rain, won't start NEED HELP!!!
HI guys i just got a 2002nF4i 2 weeks ago. I drove it to work yesterday and it say in the rain for a few hours.
I went to start the bike and it started for a few seconds, and was idling really rough.
Once i tried to put it in gear and give it some gas it slowly died. Now it just wont start on me. It will turn over as if it is trying to start, but just wont start.
Would this be a spark plug problem?
Is there water in my exhaust?
PLease help!!!! need to get this guy running before summer is over!!!!!
Thanks guys!!!

Could be water in the gas tank. After some heavy rain my buddies gsxr had the same problem you described but wouldnt idle at all unless you held the throttle.
We figured it might be some water in the tank so we poured some gas line anti freeze in mixed it around a bit and it idle'd fine after a coupple starting attemps. Then we filled it with fresh gas.

I watched your video. Every bike gets rained on, eventually. If they're ridden that is the water got in your tank somehow. You need to figure out how. But before you start tearing things apart, are you POSITIVE you firmly snugged the cap tight after last fill up?
