You guys are nuts, that car will go 200mph, you better believe it's gonna beat your little cbr all day long. Also, about the aston vanquish, he'll waste you too!

Those things go 0-60 in 4 seconds....and if that doesn't beat you (bikes do about 3.5), then just wait till he gets going 204mph. Then you'll be seeing his tail......

Unless you got a busa these cars will win going down the road....the launch is the only time you'll be winning.
True but it takes quite a while for those cars to get up to 200mph. These bikes are made to accelerate so you will no doubt be at 120+ alot faster than he is. So unless you are racing down a straight highway for like 5miles, the bikes going to win

Huh lets see WRONG. An F430 does 0-60 in about 4seconds with a good driver (dont forget PLEASE that people who test cars for magazines are pros). A 600RR does 0-60 in 2.8. Its a lot easier to get wheel spin with 2 tires then with one.

A 600cc will beat more then likely 90% of factory and modded cars up to ~140. I plan on racing my friend in his twin turbo g35 on a straight from around 40-120.

A car will need at least 500whp to beat a 600cc up to 120-140. Yes past that a ferrari or lambo will destroy you, but why get your bike past 140 anyways.

Btw an F430 tops out at 196, you'd be surprised how much hp it takes to get past 200mph and keep going.

I didnt feel like turning this into an argument thread over which is faster F430 or F4i.Truth is the Ferrari is easily faster. Our bikes match the Ferrari 0-60 and after that maybe the 2 are somewhat even, give or take, up to about 130. Then the Ferrari has untapped power left while the little 600cc is huffin and puffin trying to keepmy 200+ poundass moving.

And just to clarify, I was behind him the whole time, sometimes way behind, on a lightly populated county road. After the initial blast to turn 1, I backed off from jail speeds to mere ticket speeds. As far as the danger, we're already riding sportbikes, so a little chase with a super rare car is like putting butter on your bacon.

i'll agree with you about the bike not being faster after 60/70.
look at the numbers for trap speeds and 1/4 mile times, 0-60 and 0-100 mph times...you'll see often that some cars run the same 1/4 mile time as bikes yet 0-60 is slower. they make up for all that crap in the top end, which means that after you take off, they pretty much start reeling you in and then start walking away.

take it easy on the harsh pavement.

I hate this whole cars vs bike whose faster bs.

you want to get faster or find out what bike is faster, work on your cornering and hit some curves at a track.

A car is faster around corners period, idc if your valentine rossi but thats a proven fact. Take a lotus elise and an 08 600RR and see who goes after around leguna seca. Its going to be the elise every time.

A bike is faster to about 120-140 like i said, has anyone in this thread ever been to the 1/4 mile and just seen how fast they really hit 120mph? Its about 11seconds, an F430 does not go 0-120 in 11 seconds. The new 600RR runs the 1/4 in 10.6.

Not that I'm defending the Ferrari butthe people getting 2.8 0-60 on a bike are not pros? They get those times ata track with greattraction. lol I know I sure as hell couldn't do that as well as many other people on this board. The average person a bike is probably closer to 4 secs on the street because they don't know how to launch or can't get the right traction.
