playb0i .... They don't make projectors for the f4i, These are from a oem bmw headlight housing. I bought the headlights took the projectors out and made them fit into my f4i housing.

mikeyg2487 ... Thanks for the compliments.

not to bring this thread back up but say i were to get these

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/89-94...Q5fAccessories

remove the projector from the housing and take my headlights apart dremel out the existing headlight hole to make it bigger so the projector would fit.... do you think that would work????

looks sharp...

also what did you use to fill the extra gap up... im refering to the black plastic around the projector

zmds18 ... Actually being that those projectors are already in a housing, I would personally think it would be harder to retro fit them..
just get oem;s out of s2k, tsx , or something similar.
you also wont get the nice cutoff line with those chinesse made projectors.

Hey thanks for the response... today i actually bout a pair of r1 projectors for 20 bucks off ebay... idk if im going to use the stock housing.. or fill it with my own molded plastic... sand it flat then mount the projectors externally... kinda like the bottom projectors on the zx14..... what do you think? youve had more experience at it than me.. also will the projectors need to even be in a housing? i discussed this in my other thread too... or can i mount it on the exterior of the biek and be fine
