Replacing chain an sprockets..Should I replace CCT?
Hey all I know I need to replace my chain and sprockets but I am new to the bike world and am a little unsure of my problem. When I ride for the first few miles my bike sounds fine. Once it heats up my chain clicks and around 5500-7k in first or second I hear a rattling but it simply sounds like my chain is rattling because it is pretty loose because one spot it really tight (slightly warped ). I have read that a bad CCT sounds like ball bearings in a can...I cant say my bike sounds like that. Also if im not mistaken ive read the CCT is located on the right side of the bike and I dont hear any noise on the right. Just on the left back around the chain. Personally, I dont want to replace the CCT if I dont have to... Thanks!
